微型钢板和克氏针治疗掌指骨骨折80例疗效比较

摘要
目的：研究微型钢板和克氏针治疗掌指骨骨折的疗效。方法：选择2013年4月～2014年7月期间在我院就诊的80例掌指骨骨折患者作为研究对象，随机分为钢板组和克氏针组，比较两组患者的手功能恢复情况、骨折愈合情况。结果：钢板组患者手功能恢复优良率97．5％、高于克氏针组的77．5％；骨痂形成时间（27．31±3．45）d、完全愈合时间（89．51±9．76）d，短于克氏针组的（41．53±6．09）d、（129．35±13．59）d。结论：微型钢板内固定治疗有助于改善手功能、促进骨折愈合，是治疗掌指骨骨折更为理想的方法。
Abstract
Objective:To study the curative ef ect of mini plate and Kirschner wire in the treatment of metacarpal and phalanx fractures.Methods:80 cases patients with metacarpal and phalanx fractures in our hospital from 2013 April to 2014 July were choosed as research objects,randomly divided into Steel group and Kirschner wire group.Then hand function recovery,heal-ing of fracture were compared.Results:hand function good recovery rate 97.5% of steel group was higher than 77.5% of Kirschner wire group;cal us formation time (27.31 ±3.45)d,com-plete healing time (89.51 ±9.76)d were shorter than (41.53 ±6.09)d,(129.35 ±13.59)d of control group.Conclusion:mini plate internal fixation treatment is helpful to improve hand function,promote fracture healing;it’s a more ideal treatment method for metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.
