摘要
随着改革开放的深入，我国经济发展的迅猛，人民生活水平的显著提高，多饮多食，暴饮暴食，我国的糖尿病的发病人数与改革开放前增加了8倍，已经到了刻不容缓的的地步，即心血管和恶性肿瘤之后，我国第三大非传染病。严重威胁人民的生活与健康的公共性难题。所以研究糖尿病的病因，发病机制，预防机制，药物的研究进展，开发新药更显得尤为突出。从而更好地服务于人民大众。降低糖尿病患者的血糖指标和改善糖尿病患者生活状况。
Abstract
Objective With the deepening of reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development,people's living standardshavemarkedlyimproved,polydipsia,overeating,inci-dence of diabetes in China and before thereformand opening up has increased 8 times,already to brook no delay to the point where,after cardiovascular and malignant tumor,China's third major non infectious disease.A serious threat to people's lives and health of the public problem.So the study of diabetes etiology,pathogenesis,prevention mechanism,research progress of drugs, drug development is more outstanding.In order to bet er serve the masses of the people.Reduce the blood sugar index and improve diabetes diabetes patients living conditions.
