摘要
广州管圆线虫病在我国大陆属新发传染病，近些年来该病例有所增加的趋势，云南是我国寄生虫病发病率较高的省份之一，近年来广州管圆线虫疾病在云南出现了几次大的暴发。该文通过整理分析近年来云南省相关广州管圆线虫病的文献资料，从广州管圆线虫的自然疫源地，中间宿主的分布状况，不同气候地区的流行特征以及人群发病等几个方面对云南省广州管圆线虫病的分布特征及流行现状进行概述。为今后云南省的广州管圆线虫病预防和控制提供科学依据。
Abstract
Angiostrongyliasis is a new infectious disease in mainland China,In recent years,the cases have increased trend.Yunnan is one of the higher incidence of parasitic diseases in China,In recent years angiostrongyliasis also occurred in Yunnan Province,several large outbreaks.This review analyzed literature on Angiostrongyliasis in Yunnan province in recent years. This review describes some aspects of the disease in Yunnan province:the natural foci of the disease,distribution of the intermediate hosts,prevalence features in dif erent climates and dif erent regions,and the human population af ected.Providing the scientific basis for prevention and control of Yunnan province in future.
