摘要
IL －33是于2005年发现的一个具有多种功能的细胞因子，属于 IL －1家族成员。IL －33在安静情况下可存在于细胞核内，起核内定位分子调节基因表达的作用；又可在前炎性因子的刺激下被分泌至胞外，作为可溶性细胞因子起到调节 Th2型免疫应答的作用。IL －33对多种疾病的发生发展过程的研究具有重大意义。本文采用全人源抗体制备技术来构建治疗性 IL －33噬菌体展示文库，为疾病的诊断、治疗指明了新的方向。
Abstract
IL -33 is a multifunctional cytokine discovered in 2005,which belongs to the new members of the IL -1 family.Functioning as an intracel ular nuclear factor,it is played a role of regulates transcription.Furthermore,as a secreted cytokine,it is involved in the regulating of Th2 immune response and played a role of proinflammatory cytokine.IL -33 plays an impor-tant role in the occurrence as wel as the development of many diseases.In this paper,the preparation of ful y human antibody technology was used to construct the library of therapeutic IL -33 phage display.It provided a new direction for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
