摘要
改革开放以来，随着我国经济和社会发展进程的加快，目前迫切需求眼科学高层次人才。眼科临床型研究生是将来医疗服务队伍中的重要力量。针对眼科临床型研究生培养过程中存在的问题，结合我们眼科中心从事研究生教育的实践经验，对眼科学临床型研究生临床与科研能力的协同培养提出几点建议，以期提高眼科研究生的综合能力。
Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and society,since the reform and opening up,there is an urgent demand for high -level personnel of ophthalmology.Clinical gradu-ates of ophthalmology are important groups in medical service in the future.In view of the problems in the postgraduate culture of ophthalmology,combined with our own experience in the post-graduate education,we put forward several suggestions of cooperative training of clinical ability and scientific research,in order to improve the comprehensive ability of graduate student of oph-thalmology.
