摘要
目的：探讨大隐静脉高位结扎与微波静脉腔内凝固联合治疗大隐静脉曲张的近期疗效。方法回顾性分析自2011年1月－2014年1月我院收治158例下肢静脉曲张患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。比较两组患者手术时间、住院时间、疗效及并发症等。结果观察组患者的手术时间和住院时间较单纯治疗组有所缩短，并发症少，且差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。两种手术方式 CEAP 分级均较术前明显降低，但组间无显著差异。结论大隐静脉高位结扎与微波静脉腔内凝固联合治疗可以缩短手术时间和住院时间，减少术后并发症，是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Abstract
ObjectiveTo evaluate the short -term ef icacy of microwave Intravenous Coagulation Combined with High Ligation for Great Saphenous Varicose Veins.Methods The clinical ef icacy data of 158 pmients with varicose veins in our hospital from Jan.2010 to Jan.2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Depending on the treatments,the patients are divided into control group (78cases)and observer Group(80cases).The time of indexes of operation ,hospital stays,ef icacy and complicationswere compared.Results The operation timeandhospitalization time of pa-tients were shorter than the treatment group,there was fewer complications,and there was a statistical y significant dif erence (P <0.05).Two kinds of operation mode of CEAP grade were re-duced markedly.And there was no significant dif erence between two groups.ConclusionsEndovenous lasercombined with foam sclerotherapy can shorten the operation time,recovery time after surgery,reduce postoperative complications,and can also achieve a bet er therapeutic ef ect.Greater saphenous vein high ligation combined with endovenous microwave solidification in treating can shorten the operation time and hospital stay time,reducedpostoperativecomplications,it is a safe and ef ective method of treatment.
