巴戟胶囊联合复方利多卡因乳膏治疗肾阳虚型早泄的疗效观察

摘要
目的：评估巴戟胶囊联合复方利多卡因乳膏治疗肾阳虚型早泄的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：120例早泄患者随机分为巴戟胶囊组，行为治疗组和巴戟胶囊联合复方利多卡因乳膏组进行治疗，疗程为60d。比较3组患者平均阴道内射精潜伏期（IELT），对患者性生活满意度评分、配偶性生活满意度评分和副作用等进行对比分析。结果：3组患者平均 IELT 和患者及配偶性生活满意度评分治疗后较治疗前均显著显著改善（P ＜0．01，P ＜0．05）；治疗后 IELT 均值和患者及配偶性生活满意度评分相比，巴戟胶囊联合复方利多卡因乳膏组显著高于巴戟胶囊组（P ＜0．05）和行为治疗组（P ＜0．05）。结论巴戟胶囊联合复方利多卡因乳膏治疗肾阳虚型早泄临床疗效明显。
Abstract
Objectives:To evaluate the ef ects and side ef ects of Baji Compound Capsule and compound lidocaine cream on the treatment of the kidney -yang asthenia premature ejacula-tion.Methods:120 cases of PE were randomly divided into Baji Compound Capsule group,behavior therapy group and Baji Compound Capsule and compound lidocaine cream group.The cases were treated for 3 months.The intravaginal ejaculation latency time(IELT),the patients’sexual satisfaction scores,spouse’sexual satisfaction scores and side ef ects were analyzed. Results:The mean IELT,the patients’sexual satisfaction scores and spouse’sexual satisfaction scores after treatment were observably increased(p <0.05,p <0.01).The mean IELT,the pa-tients’sexual satisfaction scores spouse’sexual satisfaction scores after treatment of Baji Compound Capsule and compound lidocaine cream group,were observably increased(p <0.05,p <0.01) than Baji Compound Capsule group and behavior therapy group(p <0.05).Conclusion:Baji Compound Capsule and compound lidocaine cream has satisfactory curative ef ect and can be used in the treatment of the kidney -yang asthenia premature ejaculation.
