复方玄驹胶囊治疗核蛋白组型转换和顶体酶活性异常男性不育31例

摘要
目的：观察复方玄驹胶囊治疗男性不育患者核蛋白组型转换和顶体酶活性和精子相关参数的疗效。方法对35例精液核蛋白组型转换和顶体酶活性异常男性不育患者采用复方玄驹胶囊治疗，3个月为1个疗程；统计分析治疗前后核蛋白组型转换和顶体酶活性、精子相关参数的变化情况。结果纳入统计的31例患者治疗后精子密度显著增加（P ＜0．05），精子前向活力和精子总活力明显改善（P ＜0．05），核蛋白组型转换和顶体酶活性明显增强（P ＜0．01）。结论复方玄驹胶囊可显著提升精子核蛋白组型转换和顶体酶活性及精子相关参数，改善精子质量。
Abstract
Objective To study the ef icacy of“Huangjing Zanyu Cap sule”in the treatment of male infertility due to abnormal sperm -nucleoprotein transition and acrosin.Methods Thirty five subjects were treated with“Xuanju Compound Capsule”for three months;the activity of acrosin and semen dynamics were observed before and after the treatment.Results After 3 months treatments,thirty one subjects were included in The statistics .The activity of semen density,anteriad vitality and total vitality were obviously improved (P <0.05),sperm -nucleoprotein transition and arcrosin were obviously ameliorated (P <0.01).Conclusion “Xuanju Compound Capsule”can obviously improve sperm -nucleoprotein transition and acrosin activity and semen quality.
