摘要
面部毛细血管扩张症是面部皮肤泛红，肉眼可见扩张的毛细血管的一种皮肤血管性疾病，多见于中、青年女性，诱发因素众多，包括处于高原、寒冷、紫外线强的地区，也可由于皮肤化妆品反复过敏或长期外用激素类药物等所致。治疗较为棘手，但近年来新的激光技术的不断产生，治疗参数的逐步调整，为面部毛细血管扩张症的治疗带来了更多、更好的选择。本文就面部毛细血管扩张症的治疗现状及其最新进展作一综述。
Abstract
Facial telangiectasia is a vascular disease of the skin ,which causes facial skin redness and expansion of the capil aries .It appears more common in women.Many factors may induce the disease,such as exposing in the plateau,cold,strong ultraviolet rays area and using al ergy -causing cosmetics or using ointments containing steroids.The treatment is dif icult, but with a rapid development of laser techniques and adjustments of theparameters,we may have lots of bet er choices.The review is focus on the status and progress in the treatment of facial tel-angiectasia.
