摘要
目的：观察康复新液联合奥司他韦颗粒治疗手足口病疗效。方法抽取112例手足口病患者随机分为治疗组（n ＝58）和对照组（n ＝54），治疗组用口服康复新液＋皮疹区域涂抹康复新液＋口服奥司他韦颗粒；对照组单独用奥司他韦颗粒口服。观察两组儿童退热时间及皮疹消退时间。结果治疗组患儿皮疹消退时间，发热消退时间明显低于对照组，P ＜0．05。结论康复新液联合奥司他韦治疗手足口病疗效优于单独使用奥司他韦。
Abstract
Objective To obsetve the ef ect of Kangfuxin solution combined with Oseltamivir PhsPhate Partieles in treatment of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease.Methods Divided 112 cases of HFMD randomly into a treatment group (n =58)and a control group (n =54 ).The treatment group were given Kangfuxin solution and Oseltamivir PhsPhate Partieles,and rashed skin area of Kangfuxin solution ,while the contorl group only received oseltamivir phosphate partieles .The ef ective rate and hemostasis time were examined to evaluate the therapeutic ef ect.Antifebrile time and fades of the treatment group is significantly lower than the control group,P <0.05.Conclusion Curative ef ecti of Kangfuxin solution combined with Oseltamivir PhsPhate Partieles in treatment of HFMD is superior to the ef ect of taking Oseltamivir PhsPhate Partieles lonely.
