摘要
目的：探讨冠心病患者药物治疗依从性现况及影响因素，为改善冠心病患者用药依从性措施提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法收集数据，应用 x2分析、P 检验计算影响冠心病患者用药依从性因素。结果冠心病患者用药依从率为46．15％，患者的自身生理心理状况、个人可支配经济情况、对疾病的认识程度、药品相关知识及治疗费用、医务人员相关因素等皆可对患者的依从性产生影响。结论冠心病患者用药依从性不佳，应从患者、患者家属、医生、护士、临床药师等方面进行包括心理、行为、社会的综合干预，提高患者用药依从性，从而降低心血管事件的发生。
Abstract
Objective Explore the current situation and influencing factors of coronary heart disease in patients with medication compliance,provide a scientific basis for improving coro-nary heart disease in patients with medication compliance measures.Methods Questionnaire for data col ection applications x2 analysis,P test calculation of medication compliance in patients with coronary heart disease.Results Patients with coronary heart disease medication compliance rate was 46.15%,the patient's physiological and psychological conditions,disposable personal eco-nomic situation,the level of awareness of the disease,drug -related knowledge and treatment costs,medical personnel -related factors can be an impact on the patient's compliance . Conclusion Coronary heart disease in patients with poor medication compliance from patients,family members of patients,doctors,nurses,clinical pharmacists,and other aspects including psychological,behavioral,social intervention to improve patient medication compliance,thereby reducing the occurrence of cardiovascular events.
