摘要
目的：探讨参芪扶正注射液结合吉西他滨化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法：选取2011年6月至2013年5月我院收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者72例进行分析，按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组，每组36例，观察组采用参芪扶正注射液结合吉西他滨化疗治疗，对照组采用吉西他滨化疗治疗，观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛评分和生存质量评分、不良反应发生率。结果：两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；两组治疗后疼痛评分明显降低（P ＜0．05），生存质量评分明显提高（P ＜0．05），且观察组改善水平明显优于对照组（P ＜0．05）；两组在1年生存率上比较差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论：参芪扶正注射液结合吉西他滨化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌能够有效减少疼痛，提高生存质量，延长生存期，不良反应少，安全有效。
Abstract
Objective:To study the ef ect of Shenqi -fuzheng injection combined with Gemcitabine chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non -smal cel lung cancer.Method:During June 2010 to May 2013,72 cases of patients with advanced non -smal cel lung cancer were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the treatment:the observation group and the control group,each group of 36 cases.The observation group used Shenqi -fuzheng injection combined with Gemcitabine chemotherapy,the control groups Gemcitabine chemotherapy, observation of clinical therapeutic ef icacy,before and after treatment in pain score,quality of life scores,incidence of adverse reactions.Results:Two groups of treatment total ef ective rate dif erence was not statistical y significant (P >0.05);After treatment in two groups of patients pain scores significantly decreased (P <0.05),quality of life scores significant increased (P <0. 05),observer groups improved standards was significantly bet er than the control group (P <0.05);Two groups in the 1 -year survival rate dif erence statistical y significant (P <0.05);Ob-servation group adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The ef ect of Shenqi -fuzheng injection combined with Gemcitabine chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non -smal cel lung cance was very good,the ef ect was remarkable,and worthy clinical outreach.
