摘要
药房管理是医院组织管理中的一项重要的组成部分，它直接体现着医院的风貌和形象。目前我国的医院药房管理还存在许多不足和缺陷，如何加强药房管理，提高药房的服务质量，成为医院管理工作中的当务之急。本文通过对目前药房管理中存在的问题进行分析，研究和提出相应的改进对策，以期能够提高医院的药房管理水平，进而推动医院的整体管理水平和发展进程。
Abstract
the pharmacy management is an important part of hospital management,which directly reflects the style and image of the hospital.At present,our country hospital pharmacy management there are stil many shortcomings and deficiencies,how to strengthen the pharmacy management,improve pharmacy service quality,has become a top priority in the work of hospital management.Based on the existing problems in the pharmacy management are analyzed,the research and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to improve the hospital phar-macy management level,and promote the management level and the development of the whole process of hospital.
