臂丛神经麻醉下肩关节松解术治疗粘连性肩周炎的疗效观察

摘要
目的：观察臂丛神经麻醉下肩关节松解术治疗粘连性肩周炎的临床效果。方法自2004年08月至2014年08月，采用臂丛神经麻醉下肩关节松解术治疗粘连性肩周炎538例的治疗效果，观察肩关节松解术后的治愈率和总有效率。结果治愈率为66．17％，总有效率为100％。结论臂丛神经麻醉学肩关节松解术治疗肩周炎具有短期治疗效果好、起效迅速的特点。
Abstract
Objective To observe the ef ects of brachial plexus anesthesia clinical ef ect of shoulder joint loose solution in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods from 2004 08 to 2014 08 months,with brachial plexus anesthesia shoulder joint lysis in the treatment of 538 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis treatment,observation of the shoulder joint lysis after the cure rate and total ef ective rate.Results the cure rate was 66.17%,the total ef ective rate was 100%.Conclusion brachial plexus anesthesia shoulder joint lysis in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with short -term curative ef ect,rapid onset characteristics.
