摘要
目的：本文旨在探究超敏 C 反应蛋白以及降钙素原在新生儿败血症疾病中的临床诊断价值。方法选取我院2012年2月～2015年2月门诊以及住院部49例败血症患儿作为研究对象（研究组），采取免疫荧光法与散射免疫比浊法测定患儿血清中的降钙素原（PCT）及超敏 C 反应蛋白（hs －CRP）含量，并选取同期49例正常新生儿进行对比研究（对照组），对比两组新生儿 PCT 与 hs －CRP 含量，PCT、hs －CRP、hs －CRP 联合 PCT 灵敏度与特异度。结果研究组患儿 PCT、hs －CRP 含量明显高于对照组健康新生儿，p 均＜0．01，差异十分具备统计学意义；PCT 的灵敏度与特异度明显优于 hs －CRP，hs －CRP 联合 PCT 灵敏度与特异度均明显提升，p 均＜0．05，差异具备统计学意义。结论联合检测患儿血清 hs －CRP 与 PCT 可明显提升新生儿败血症诊断以及鉴别诊断率，具有较高的特异性与敏感性，可为临床治疗提供可靠参考依据。
Abstract
objective to the clinical diagnostic value of this paper aims to explore the high sensitive C reactive protein and procalcitonin in sepsis in neonatal diseases.Methods in our hos-pital in 2012 February ~2015 year in February 49 cases of outpatient and inpatient children with septicemia (Study Group)as the research object,adopt the immunofluorescence method and im-munoturbidimetry determination of serumprocalcitonin (PCT)and high sensitive C reactive protein (hs -CRP)content,and selected 49 cases of normal comparative study of newborns (control group),compared two groups of neonatal PCT and the content of hs -CRP,PCT,hs -CRP,hs -CRP and PCT sensitivity and specificity.The results of PCT,hs -CRPin the study group were significantly higher than the control group of healthy neonates,P <0.01,the dif erence was statistical y significant;the sensitivity and specificity of PCT is bet er than that of hs -CRP,hs -CRP and PCT sensitivity and specificity were improved significantly,P <0.05,the dif erence has statistical significance.Conclusion the combined detection of serum hs -CRP and PCT can significantly improve the diagnosis and dif erential diagnosis of neonatal sepsis rate,with high specificity and sensitivity,which can provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
