摘要
目的：探讨个性化护理干预与康复训练对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复的作用效果。方法：将120例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者，随机分成两组，每组60例，对照组行常规护理干预与康复训练，观察组行个性化护理干预与康复训练，比较两组治疗前后 FMA 和 MBI 评分结果。结果：治疗前两组的 FMA 评分和 MBI 评分差异无统计学意义（p ＞0．05），治疗后观察组的 FMA 评分和 MBI 评分均高于对照组，p ＜0．05，有统计学意义。结论：个性化护理干预结合康复训练有助于脑卒中失语患者的功能恢复，值得临床推广。
Abstract
objective:to study the individualized nursing intervention and rehabilitation training on stroke patients with swal owing disorder rehabilitation ef ect.Methods:120 cases of stroke patients with swal owing disorder,randomly divided into two groups,each group of 60 cases,control group routine nursing intervention and rehabilitation training,observation group per-sonalized nursing intervention and rehabilitation training,compare two groups of FMA and MBI scores before and after the treatment results.Results:the two groups before treatment there was no statistical y significant dif erence of FMA score and MBI scores (p >0.05),after treatment FMA score and MBI scores in observation group were higher than that of control group,p <0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion:the individualized nursing intervention combined with rehabilitation training is helpful to the function of the stroke patients with aphasia recovery,worth clinical promotion.
