摘要
目的：探究多层螺旋 CT 在肋骨微细系骨折诊断中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2014年5月－2015年2月期间收治的46例患有肋骨骨折患者，所有患者的 X 现呈现阴性，随后采用 CT 扫描并进行曲面重组。通过 CT 室中的4名医师对常规5mm 以及1mm 厚度的横断图像和曲面重组图进行分析。结果：4名医师采用1mm 层厚度横断图像以及去曲面重建图像后诊断确诊例数为34例，其中单纯左侧肋骨骨折患者为14例，右侧肋骨骨折患者为19例，双侧肋骨骨折患者为2例。结论：采用 X 线对不完全性肋骨骨折进行诊断，具有一定的困难性，薄层重建以及曲面重组技术对肋骨骨折进行诊断，具有较为准确的诊断率。
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of multislice spiral CT diagnosis of rib fracture in the micro system.Methods:in our hospital from 2014 May -2015 year in February admit ed during the period of 46 cases of patients with rib fracture,al patients with X negative,then the CT scan and multiplanar reconstruction.By 4 physicians in a CT chamber of conventional 5mm and 1mm thickness transverse images and surface reformation.Results:4 physicians with the thickness of 1mm layer cross -sectional images and to surface reconstruction image diagnosis for 34 cases,including simple left rib fractures in 14 cases,right rib fracture in 19 cases,bilateral rib fractures in 2 cases.Conclusion:the X -ray of the incomplete rib fracture diagnosis,has a certain dif iculty,the diagnosis of rib fracture with thin slice reconstruction and surface recombination technology,has a comparatively accurate diagnosis rate.
