摘要
目的：探讨高血压病患者血清白细胞介素（IL －－6）和（IL －－18）水平变化的临床意义。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）法检测72例高血压患者 IL －－6， IL －－18水平，同时设70例正常对照。结果：高血压病患者血清 IL －6，IL －18水平均显著高于正常对照组（t ＝4．51，10．07，均怕＜0．01），IL －－6与 IL －－18呈正相关（r ＝0．684，P ＜0．05）。结论：血清高 IL －－6，IL －－18水平可能是高血压病发病的重要因素之一。
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical signifcance of changes of serumIL -6 and IL -18 levels in Hypertensive Patients.Methods Serum IL -6and IL -18 levels were determined with ELISA in 72 hypertents patients and 70 controls.Results In hypentensive patients,the serum IL -6 and IL -18 levels were siginficantly higher than those in the controls(t =4.51,10.07, al P <0.01),and the changes of IL -6were positively related to IL -18 (r =0.68,P <0.05)Conciusion Maybe high serum IL -6 and IL -18 levels were one of the main pathopysiologic fea-tures inhypertension.
