摘要
目的：探讨“f”形固定在预防胸腔闭式引流管脱管中的应用。方法：选择2013年1月至2014年1月在我科置入胸腔闭式引流管患者104例，随机分为观察组和对照组各52例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组采取 f 形固定方法，比较两组患者胸管脱出发生率。结果：观察组胸管脱出发生率为零（P ＜0．05）。结论：“f”形固定管道较理想，临床无脱管，值得临床推广，掌握固定胸腔引流管的方法和技巧，及时发现脱管倾向，同时教会患者对胸管的自我管理能力，防止管道脱出，进行有效引流。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the "F"shape is fixed on the prevention ofclosed thoracic drainage tube removal in tube's application.Method:select2013 January to 2014 January in our department into closed thoracic drainage tube in 104 patients,randomly divided into observation group and controlgroup with 52 cases in each group,the control group was given conven-tional nursing,the observation group adopted the f shaped fixing method,compared two groups of patients the incidence of chest tube prolapse.Results:in the observation group,the incidence of chest tube prolapse is zero (P <0.05).Conclusion:"the ideal shape of F fixed pipeline,without clinical of tube,is worth the clinical promotion,master methods and skil s of fixed thoracic drainage tube,the timely discovery of tube tendency,at the same time the church on the patients with chest tube self management ability,prevent the pipeline,ef ective drainage.
