摘要
目的：探讨综合方案治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的实际效果。方法：选取2013年06月～2014年10月我院收治的慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎患者50例，按随机数字表法将其分成实验组25例，对照组25例，应用综合方案治疗实验组，应用美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗对照组，比较两组疾病治疗效果。结果：治疗后，实验组组织学积分为（0．32±0．06）分，溃疡性结肠炎治疗总有效率为96．0％，与对照组的（1．32±0．51）分、76．0％相比，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：综合方案治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎，效果满意，值得临床进一步应用、推广。
Abstract
objective:to study the comprehensive solution for the treatment of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis in action.Selection methods:from June 2013 to October 2014,our hospital of 50 cases of patients with chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis,according to random number table method wil be divided into the experimental group 25 cases,control group 25 cases, the use of comprehensive plan for the experimental group,the application of the salad oxazine enteric -coated metformin hydrochloride treatment control group,compared two groups of treatment ef ect.Results:after treatment,the experimental points for (0.32 +0.06),and the histologic ulcerative colitis treatment the total ef ective rate was 96.0%,and the control group (1.32 +0.51)points,compared with 76.0%,the dif erence was statistical y significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:the comprehensive solution for the treatment of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis, satisfied ef ect,is worth further clinical application and promotion.
