梅花针扣刺合败酱草外洗治疗神经性皮炎的疗效观察

摘要
目的：评价针药并用治疗神经性皮炎的疗效；方法：用梅花针扣刺皮损部位，以皮肤有渗血为宜，然且将败酱草煎汤外洗；结果：治疗4个疗程后，痊愈70．8％，显效20．8％，无效8．3％，总有效率91．6％；结论：梅花针扣刺合败酱草外洗治疗神经性皮炎疗效良好。
Abstract
Objective :To evaluate the curative ef ect of the neurodermatitis by using the plum—blossom needles and Chinese herb.Method:To prick the area of shin lesion with plum blossom needles to cause lightly oozing of blood and then external y wash the area of shin lesion with decotion of Baijiangcao .Result:After the 4 course of treatment ,ful y recovering rate:70. 8% ,Show ef iciency:20.8% ,Inef icient :8.3%,total ef icient rate:91.6%.Conclusion:Pricking with plum blossom needles companied with external washing with decotion of Baijiangcao has good curative ef ect of the neurodermatitis.
