摘要
目的：观察和分析急性胆囊炎腹腔镜切除手术的临床治疗和效果。方法：选取我院2013年4月～2014年10月收治的急性胆囊炎患者86例作为本次研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组两组，观察组采取的手术方式是腹腔镜胆囊切除术，选择气管插管静脉复合麻醉，腹腔镜胆囊切除术的操作通道为“三孔法”，对照组采用的手术方式为传统的开腹胆囊切除术。术后患者结予抗感染、止血治疗。结果：在对照组和观察组的比较之中，观察组的住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间都明显缩短。结论：急性胆囊炎选择腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有创口小、术中出血量少、术后并发症少、术后伤口愈合快、感染发生率低的优势，值得推广。
Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the operation of acute cholecystitislaparoscopic cholecystectomy clinical treatment and ef ect.Methods:in our hospital from 2013 April to 2014 October were treated 86 cases of acute cholecystitis patients as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups,the observation group adopt the op-eration mode of laparoscopic cholecystectomy,selection of tracheal intubation intravenous anesthesia,laparoscopic cholecystectomyoperation channel for "three hole method",the control mode ofoperation group usingtraditional open cholecystectomy.Postoperative patients to anti infection,hemostatic treatment.Results:in the control group and the observation group,the observationgroup hospitalization time,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative anal exhaust time,out of bed activity time was significantly shortened.Conclusion:laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis choice has the advantages of small wound,less bleeding,less postoperative complications,postoperative wound healing,infection rate is low,worthy of promotion.
