摘要
目的：了解优质护理干预策略在老年骨质疏松康复进程中的效果。方法：选择2011年5月到2013年5月接诊的48例老年骨质疏松症患者进行无差异分组。对照组24人采用常规护理服务；实验组24人采用优质护理服务；比较观察两组患者的康复效果。结果：实验组痊愈8例、有效15例、无效1例，有效率为95．8％；对照组痊愈4例、有效17例、无效3例，有效率为87．5％。结论：优质护理干预策略对老年骨质疏松症有较好的康复效果，具有临床推广价值。
Abstract
objective:To explore the therapeutic ef ects of high quality nursing intervention strategies on the rehabilitation progress of senile osteoporosis.Method:48 patients of senile osteoporosis were received from May 2011 to May 2013 and divided non -significantly into groups.24 patients in control group were treated with routine nursing service,24 patients in experimen-tal group were treated with high quality nursing service,and the rehabilitation ef icacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The ef ective rate was 95.8% in experimental group(recover-y 8,availability 15,invalid 1).The ef ective rate in control group was 87.5%(recovery 4,availability 17,invalid 3).Conclusion:We demonstrated that high quality nursing intervention strategies contributed to excel ent rehabilitation ef icacy on elderly patients with osteoporosis and had prominent clinical value.
