摘要
目的：探讨留置尿管致泌尿系统感染的有效预防护理方式。方法对100例留置尿管的患者每日2次使用0．5％碘伏消毒，严格执行无菌操作，隔日收集尿液送细菌培养，共14天。结果：随着留置尿管时间的延长，尿细菌培养阳性率越来越高。结论严格遵守无菌导尿术操作规程，规范操作，严格消毒，正确护理留置尿管，可降低留置尿管尿路感染率，降低医院感染率。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the indwel ing urinary tract infections caused by preventive care and ef ective way.Methods 100 patients with indwel ing catheter twice daily use of 0. 5% povidone -iodine disinfection,strict aseptic,the next day to col ect urine bacterial culture,a total of 14 days.RESULTS:With prolonged indwel ing catheter time,urine culture positive rate is increasing.Conclusion strict compliance with sterile catheterization procedures,standardized operation,strict disinfection,proper care and indwel ing catheter,urinary tract infection can reduce the indwel ing catheter,reducing hospital infection rates.
