摘要
目的：探讨健康教育在白内障合并糖尿病患者治疗中的作用。方法将我科有白内障合并糖尿病的48例患者随机分成观察组和对照组各24例。对照组进行常规治疗和护理，观察组在前组的基础上进行健康教育干预，将2组的血糖监测情况、治疗情况、手术时间、伤口愈合、患者的满意度进行比较。结果经健康教育后，观察组的药物治疗、饮食控制、住院时间、伤口愈合、视力提高、患者满意度均好于对照组。观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组。结论健康教育使患者了解了疾病的相关知识，提高了患者的自我保健、正规用药、饮食治疗、血糖监测、按期复诊等重要知识，提高了手术的成功率，降低了手术的并发症，对视力的恢复和保护起到了很重要的作用，大大的提高了患者的生活质量。
Abstract
PURPOSE To explore the health education in the treatment of cataract patients with diabetes mel itus.METHOD We wil have a cataract of 48 cases with diabetes mel itus patients randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group routine treatment and nursing,the observation group health education intervention on the basis of the former group,the two groups of blood sugar monitoring situation ,treatment,operation time,wound healing,comparing the patient’s satiafaction .RESULT Health education to patients with disease related knowl-edge,improve the patient’s self care,regular medication,diet treatment,blood sugar monitoring,timely fol ow -up visit,and other important knowledge,improve the success rate of surgery,re-duce the complications of the procedure,recovery and protection for your eyesight has played a very important role,greatly improve the life quality patients.
