摘要
目的：探讨腹膜前间隙腹股沟疝无张力修补术后并发症影响因素以及相应的防治对策。方法：对我院应用腹膜前间隙腹股沟无张力疝修补术治疗的290例次患者进行研究，观察手术后影响并发症的因素以及对应的防治措施。结果：患者手术均获得成功，切口未出现感染，在皮下以及阴囊部位无积血和积液，疼痛均在患者可以承受的范围内，手术平均时间为45±7min，手术后12小时可以下床，住院平均时间为4．5±1．5天。对患者进行3个月至4年的随访，51例出现尿潴留，进行留置导尿处理；4例出现浆液性水肿，患者2个月后症状自行消失；4例出现慢性疼痛、异物感，进行镇痛、营养神经以及理疗，患者症状缓解；1例出现缺血性睾丸炎和睾丸萎缩，可能由于过度分离精索以及紧缩内环口导致；无1例复发。结论：腹膜前间隙腹股沟疝修补术具有较高的安全性，患者并发症较少，并发症可以通过不同方法进行补救，手术创伤小，术后恢复快，复发概率低，是现如今理想的疝修补方法。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate before retroperitoneal inguinal hernia tension -free repair factors of postoperative complications and corresponding countermeasures.Methods:Our hospital before retroperitoneal inguinal hernia repair in the treatment of 290 cases of times patients studied,the complications and the corresponding control measures observed after surgical opera-tion.RESULTS:Patients were successful surgery,wound infection does not appear in the skin and scrotum without blood and fluid,pain patients are within sustainable limits,mean operative time was 45 ±7min,12 hours after the surgery can get out of bed hospitalization average time of 4.5 ±1.5 days.Patients were 3 months to 4 years of fol ow -up,51 cases of urinary reten-tion,perform catheterization treatment;4 cases of serous edema,the patient two months after the symptoms disappear on their own;4 cases of chronic pain,foreign body sensation,conduct anal-gesia,neurotrophic and treatments,patient symptoms;1 patient with ischemic orchitis and testicular atrophy,possibly due to excessive separation of the spermatic cord and cause tightening the inner mouth;no recurrence.Conclusion:retroperitoneal inguinal hernia repair with higher security,fewer patient complications,complications can be remedied by dif erent methods,surgical trauma,rapid postoperative recovery,the probability of recurrence is low,is ideal nowadays Hernia repair method.
