摘要
异位妊娠（宫外孕）是妇科急腹症之一，当宫外妊娠流产及破裂时可引起严重的腹腔内出血，如不及时抢救，可危急生命。一般诊断并不困难，但误诊也不少。现将所遇20例误诊病例分析如下。
