摘要
目的：分析老年功能性肠病病人的交感皮肤反应及情绪特征。方法：收集我院2012年1月－2013年9月期间诊治的100例健康老年者设为对照组，另选同期的100例功能性肠病老年患者设为研究组，检测两组成员的交感神经皮肤反应和情绪并进行对比。结果：研究结果显示，与对照组相比，研究组患者交感神经皮肤反应波引出率明显更低，波幅更低，潜伏期更长。结论：老年功能性肠病患者往往合并有严重的情绪障碍和自主神经功能异常，因此临床人员在治疗原发病过程中应注意患者的心理治疗。
Abstract
objective:to analyze the elderly functional bowel disease patients of sympathetic skin response and emotional characteristics.Methods:col ected in January 2012 -Septem-ber 2012 during the diagnosis and treatment of 100 cases of healthy elderly were set as control group,two group of sympathetic skin response test and the mood and comparison.Results:the re-sults showed that,compared with control group,the group patients with sympathetic skin response wave derivation rate significantly lower,lower amplitude,the incubation period is longer.Con-clusion:the functional bowel disease often with severe mood disorders and abnormal autonomic nervous function,so the clinical researchers should be paid at ention to in the process of the treat-ment of primary disease in patients with psychological treatment.
