摘要
目的：探究结直肠癌临床病理特征与预后。方法：选取我院2010年7月－2014年7月期间，接受手术治疗的研究的患者，其中根治性切除的和采取姑息术，进行临床对比和研究。结果：观察组两组手术后病理结果进行分析，两组经对比差异显著，具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：结直肠癌患者生存期总体无差别。但在就诊并接受手术时年龄、手术性质、病理类型、病理分期及肿瘤直径等方面有显著性差异，而对于性别、淋巴结转移则结直肠癌两组间无显著性差异。
Abstract
objective:to explore the clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of colorectal cancer.Selection methods:from July 2010 -July 2014,during the study of the sur-gical treatment of patients,including radical resection and pal iative surgery,and the significant dif erence by comparing the two groups,with statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion:patients with colorectal cancer survival overal dif erence.But age,while undergoing surgery in clinic and operation nature,pathological type and pathological staging and tumor,while for sex, lymph node metastasis colorectal cancer there was no significant dif erence between the two groups.
