摘要
目的：观察牙冠延长术在牙体缺损的修复中的应用效果。方法：2012年1月～2015年2月，我院共收治100例牙体缺损患者，将其随机列入观察组与对照组，每组各为50例。对照组实施牙龈切除术，观察组实施牙冠延长术。对比分析两组患者的治疗有效率和治疗前后的牙周指数的变化情况。结果：治疗后，两组患者的治疗有效率和牙周指数相比，观察组要显著优于对照组，比较差异有显著性的统计学的意义（P 均＜0．05）。结论：在口腔修复治疗中，牙冠延长术可以显著地提高治疗有效率，改善牙体缺损患者的牙周指数，效果显著。
Abstract
Objective:To observe the application ef ect of crown lengthening surgery in the restoration of tooth defect.Methods:from 2012 January ~2015 year in February,admit ed to our hospital 100 cases of patients with tooth defect,it wil be randomly into observation group and control group,each group of 50 cases.The implementation of the control group gingivectomy, crown lengthening surgery in observation group implementation.The changes of comparative analysis before and after treatment the ef ective rate of treatment group two patients and periodontal in-dex.Results:after treatment,two groups of patients.The ef ective rate of the treatment and periodontal index compared to,the observation group was significantly bet er than the control group, there was statistical y significant dif erence significance (P <0.05).Conclusion:in the treatment of oral cavity repair,crown lengthening surgery can significantly improve the treatment ef i-ciency,improve patients with tooth defect periodontal index,ef ect.
