摘要
目的：介绍氧气雾化雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床应用及护理。方法将我科2008年7月至2008年12月收治的小儿支气管肺炎患儿85例，在常规治疗的基础上采用沐舒坦氧气雾化吸入治疗。结果治愈78例（91．8％），好转5例（5．8％），无效2例（2．4％），总有效率为97．6％。结论此方法所用仪器简单、使用方便、用药快捷、疗效确切，值得在儿科推广使用。
Abstract
objective to introduce the oxygen atomization atomization inhalation of clinical application and nursing for the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods in July 2008 to December 2008 were children with 85 cases of children with bronchopneumonia,on the basis of conventional treatment with mu comfortable oxygen atomization inhalation therapy.Results cured 78 cases (91.8%),improved in 5 cases (5.8%),invalid in 2 cases (2.4%),the total ef ective rate was 97.6%.Conclusion this approach is simple,easy to use,the instrument used drug curative ef ect is quick,and is worth popularizing in pediatric use.
