摘要
目的：比较球结膜移植术与角膜缘干细胞移植术，两种手术方式治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2014年1月－2014年8月接收的翼状胬肉患者48例（52眼），随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组采用翼状胬肉切除联合球结膜移植术，对照组采用翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术，对比患者两组的临床效果。结果：两组患者术后随访3－5个月，两组患者创面均愈合良好，复发率相近，无明显差异。结论：翼状胬肉患者行球结膜移植术完全可以替代传统的角膜缘干细胞移植术，复发率相近，且组织损伤小，对角膜缘干细胞无破坏，值得推广。
Abstract
Objective:To compare the conjunctival graft with limbal stem cel transplantation,the clinical ef icacy of two surgical treatment of pterygium. Methods:pterygium patients in our hospital in January 2014 -2014 August received 48 cases (52)were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.The experimental group of pterygium excision with conjunctival graft,the control group with pterygium excision with limbal stem cel transplantation,compared to the two groups of patients with clinical results. Results:Two groups of patients were fol owed up for 3 -5 months,two groups of patients wound healed wel ,the recurrence rate is similar,no significant dif erence. Conclusion:pterygium line conjunctival graft patients can completely replace traditional limbal stem cel transplantation,the recurrence rate is similar,and the tissue damage of limbal stem cel s without damage,it is worth promoting.
