摘要
目的：探讨 Over －Under 法鼓膜成形术在鼓膜穿孔患者中的成功率和对听力的影响。方法回顾性分析2012年至2013年接受 Over －Under 法鼓膜成形手术且术后随访半年以上的患者25例（25耳），统计术后穿孔愈合率，比较手术前后听阈变化。结果术后3个月，25耳中鼓膜穿孔愈合的22耳（88％），听力改善率达64％。结论 Over －Under 法鼓膜成形术适用于鼓膜大穿孔的患者。
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the ef ect of over -under myringoplasty technique on repairing tympanic membrane perforation regarding with the rate of perforation closure,the fre-quency of postoperative complications occurrence and the level of hearing improvement.Method:In this retrospective study,a total of 25 patients(25 ears)underwent myringoplasty and had been fol owed up for over 3 months,which was performed by means of the over -under technique from Jan 2012 to Dec 2013.Comparatively evaluate the ef ect of the over -underlay technique on re-pairing tympanic membrane perforation.Result:The rate of perforation closure and hearing improvement in the over -under group of 25 ears were 88%and 64% respectively.Conclusion:Over -under myringoplasty is a more ef ective technique as comparison tO underlay myringoplasty for repairing middle to large tympanic membrane perforations.
