摘要
目的：分析影响骨科手术患者发生压疮的危险因素，探讨术后预防压疮的护理措施。方法：对7例手术患者相关指标进行分析。结果：骨科手术患者手术自身因素，患者年龄大于55岁，手术时间过长，麻醉因素等是导致压疮的主要因素。结论：通过术前对患者全面详细的评估，针对患者的情况制定预防措施及方案，加强术中观察及术后护理，及时发现压疮的危险因素，做到早发现，早治疗，早处理，并采取相对护理对策，取得了较好的效果。
Abstract
objective to analyze the factors af ecting orthopaedic surgery patients at risk of pressure ulcers,to explore the postoperative nursing measures to prevent pressure ulcers.Meth-ods:7 patients with surgery related index were analyzed.Results:orthopaedic surgery patients with their own factors,patients older than 55 years of age,operation time is too long,anesthesia factors is the main factor lead to pressure ulcers.Conclusion:the preoperative evaluation of patients with ful details,aiming at the condition of the patients develop prevention measures and solu-tions,to strengthen in the perioperative observation and nursing,postoperative timely discover the risk factors of pressure ulcers,do early detection,early treatment,early treatment,and adopt relative nursing countermeasures,good results have been achieved.
