摘要
[目的]了解我院长期住院精神分裂症男性患者合并躯体疾病现况。[方法]以我院持续住院时间12个月及以上的207例男性精神分裂症患者为研究对象，以国际疾病和相关健康问题统计分类第十版（ICD －10）标准对患者进行诊断，以自编的调查问卷进行调查。[结果]在207例男性精神分裂症患者中，合并躯体疾病者126例（60．9％），其发生率与患者年龄、总病程及服用奥氮平、氯氮平正相关（r ＝0．225，0．195，0．187，0．150，P ＜0．05）。[结论]长期住院精神分裂症男性患者合并躯体疾病的发生率很高，年龄较大、病程较长以及服用氯氮平、奥氮平治疗增加了合并躯体疾病的发生率。
Abstract
Objective To study the status of long -term hospitalization schizophrenia male patients with physical diseases.Methods With our 12 months duration in hospital and more than 207 cases of male patients with schizophrenia as the research object,with international classification of diseases and related health problems statistics the tenth edition (ICD -10)standard for diagnosis of patients with the self -made questionnaire to investigate.Results 207 cases of mail schizophrenic patients,cases with physical diseases were 126 (60.9%),its occurrence was relat-ed with the patient’s age,total duration and taking olanzapine and clozapine(r =0.225,0.195,0.187,0.150,P <0.05).Conclusion The incidence of long -term hospitalization schizophrenia male patients is much high,older age,longer course and taking olanzapine and clozapine increased the incidence.
