摘要
目的：观察电话随访在骨科出院患者康复及医疗行为的影响及应用效果方法：选取2014年出院患者1458例中随机抽取1000人，分为观察组和对照组，每组各500人，两组均给予出院指导，观察组患者出院后通过电话回访方式，对出院患者一个月内进行电话随访至少一次，对照两组患者出院后康复及医疗行为的影响差异。结果：观察组出院后在康复及医疗行为的影响优越于对照组患者，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（均 P ＜0．01）。结论：电话随访能提高骨科患者出院后的康复及医疗行为。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the telephone fol ow -up of patients discharged in orthopedic rehabilitation and medical behavior and Its Application Ef ects Methods:1458 cases in 2014 discharged patients randomly selected 1,000 people,divided into observation group and control group,each group of 500 people,two groups were given discharge instructions,after the ob-servation group were discharged by way of telephone interviews of a discharged patient telephone fol ow -up at least once,the dif erences af ect the control patients were discharged after rehabili-tation and medical practices of the month.Results:The influence behavior in the rehabilitation and medical observation group is superior to the control group of patients discharged from hospital, the two groups,the dif erence was statistical y significant (P <0.01).Conclusion:The telephone fol ow -up to improve the rehabilitation and medical practices orthopedic patients after dis-charge.
