摘要
目的：探讨老年脑卒中患者的综合护理方法。方法：分析、评价80例老年偏瘫患者的康复管理方法。结果：与康复训练前相比，能单独行走和依靠拐杖行走的患者，自行进餐和如厕的患者比例有明显提高。结论：采取心理护理、更换体位、肢体功能锻炼、语言功能锻炼等综合性康复管理措施，能有效促进脑卒中偏瘫患者功能恢复。
Abstract
Objective:To explore the method of old stroke hemiplegia patients synthesized nursing.Methods:To analyze and evaluate the recovery administration method of 80 old stroke hemiplegia patients.Outcomes:Compare to the the time the recovery training before,the proportion of patients who can walk alone and walk with stick,and those who can eating alone or use the toilet alone increased much more.Conclusion:The synthesized recovery nursing measurements can ef ectively promote the recovery of stroke hemiplegia patients,including mental nursing,body position changing,limbs and language function exercising.
