摘要
目的：脂溢性脱发也称雄激素源性秃发，以前额和头顶头发油腻，瘙痒明显，继而稀疏变少等临床表现为主。中医认为本病与肾虚、气血虚、还有风湿热瘀有关，中医药治疗分内治、外治法及内外合治疗法，其中内治法里包括辨证论治与专方治疗；外治法包括中药外涂治疗与针灸治疗。
Abstract
Seborrheic Alopecia also cal ed Androgenetic Male Alopecia,the main clinical manifestations are the greasy hair on forehead and overhead,obvious pruritus and spares hair. Traditional Chinese Medical solutions divided into internal therapy、external therapy and internal -external combined therapy.Internal therapy include dif erentiation and personal prescription, external therapy include external y applied medicine and acupuncture treatment.
