摘要
目的:主要对质量分析器的研究进展作一综述,另外还对新型质量分析器的发展趋势进行展望。方法以近年来国内外发表的文献为依据,并结合一些药物对新型质量分析器做了介绍。结果与结论质谱是一种与光谱并列的谱学方法,其在一次分析中可提供丰富的结构信息,并具备高特异性和高灵敏度,将分离技术与质谱法相结合是分离科学方法中的一项突破性进展。质谱仪器一般由离子源、质量分析器、检测器等部分组成,而质量分析器是最核心的部件,位于离子源和检测器之间,依据不同方式将离子源中生成的样品离子按质荷比 m /z 的大小分开。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE Research progress of mass analyzer was briefly reviewed in this paper,in addition,the development trend of novel mass analyzer were discussed.METHODS Some newly developed mass analyzer were summaried according to recent references and some drugs.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Mass spectrometry coordinated with spectroscopy,can pro-vide abundant structural information in one analysis,and has high specificity and high sensitivity.Therefore,combining the separation technology and mass spectrometry is a breakthrough of the separation scientific method.In general,a mass spectrometer consists of an ion source,a mass analyzer and a detector which are operated under high vacuum conditions.However,mass analy-zer,between the ion source and detector,is one of the most core components.And the analyzer depending on dif erent modes can separate various ions which are generated by the ion source by their mass -to -charge ratio(m /z).
