摘要
膝关节是人体最复杂的关节,其周围韧带根据其解剖位置关系,可分为关节内韧带,后外侧群韧带及后内侧群韧带。它们对保护和维持膝关节的稳定起到重要作用,近年来大量关于膝关节周围韧带的解剖学和生物力学研究,为探究膝关节韧带损伤发生机制及临床康复治疗提供了重要的理论依据。本文就膝关节韧带的组成及维持稳定的生物力学机制,韧带损伤的诱因及损伤后的相互影响进行综述。
Abstract
Sports game and traf ic accidents have induced more and more knee ligaments injury.Over the few years,the anatomic and biomechanical study on the posterolateral struc-tures of knee has rapidly developed,which reveals the ligaments injury mechanism and their interactions.Isolated ligament injury may cause other complications,therefore ,it is of great signifi-cance to understand the mechanism of injury and their interactions for clinical diagnosis and ligament reconstruction .
