目的：总结经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定围手术期护理要点。方法对20例胸腰椎骨折患者行经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术的护理资料进行总结评价，通过制定合理的围手术期护理方案，配合术后早期康复锻炼，20例患者均成功进行手术治疗，术后无医源性神经根损伤患者，随访期间，行 X 线影像学检查内固定未见断裂及松解，疗效肯定。结果对于胸腰椎骨折患者行经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗，安全可靠，根据患者情况，制定围手术期的护理方案，可保证患者手术的临床效果。

Objective Summarize our hospital 20 cases evaluated by fixation of thoracolumbar fracture surgery patients percutaneous pedicle screw care data,through the development of rational perioperative care program,with early postoperative rehabilitation exercises,Methods 20 patients were successful y treated with surgery,postoperative iatrogenic nerve root injury patients during fol ow -up,no rupture and release the fixed -line X -ray imaging,more ef ective.For patients with thoracolumbar fractures percutaneous pedicle screw fixation,safe and reliable,ac-cording to the patient's condition,the development of perioperative care programs,to ensure clinical ef ect in patients with surgery.
