Object Learn the risk factors associated with surgical site infection in hospital and the using of perioperative antimicrobial drugs.Method Use a prospective survey methods,usepre -designed SSI targeted surveillance questionnaire,Monitor and analysis 576 cases of surgery from General Surgery,Hepatobiliary Surgery and Orthopedics Obstetrics and Gynecology of ourhospital in July 2013 -December 2013.Result There are eight cases of surgical infections,Surgical site infection rate was 1.39%,class ⅣWound infection rate is the highest(33.33%),followed by class ⅡWound infection rate (1.68%),and classⅠWound infection rate(0.47%),There were significant difference(P <0.05);1 risk accounted for the largest,Infection rates risewith increased surgical risk,There were significant difference(P <0.05),Compared the anesthesia patient surgical site infection rates and Non -general anesthesia surgical site infection rates, there was no significant difference(P >0.05),the patient use of antimicrobial drugs has 235 cases,the utilization rate of antimicrobial drugs is 40.80%.Conclusion Surgical site infection with avariety of factors,wound infection surveillance should be strengthened,pay attention to all aspects of quality controlling.
