摘要
目的：探讨清热痤消胶囊治疗青春期痤疮的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的150例青春期痤疮患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组患者选用当归苦参丸进行治疗，治疗组患者选用清热痤消胶囊进行治疗，将两组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率为93．3％，对照组患者治疗总有效率为80．0％，两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）．两组患者无不良反应出现。结论：清热痤消胶囊能够有效治疗治疗青春期痤疮，用药安全，建议在临床治疗中推广。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of Qingre:Acne capsule in the treatment of adolescent acne.Methods in our hospital of 150 patients with adolescent acne,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,control group were used in Danggui Kushen pil treatment,patients in the treatment group using heat clearing acne eliminating capsules for treatment,the clinical ef icacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Results after treatment,the patients in the treatment group total ef ective rate is 93.3%,the control group of pa-tients treated with total ef iciency was 80.0%,the dif erence between the two groups has statistical significance (P <0.05).Two groups of patients with no adverse reactions.Conclusion:heat acne capsule can ef ectively treat the treatment of adolescent acne,medication safety,recommended in clinical treatment.
