摘要
目的：探讨重复经颅磁刺激（rTMS）联合艾司西酞普兰治疗产后抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法：将78例产后抑郁症住院患者随机分为治疗组39例和对照组39例。两组均给予艾司西酞普兰10～20mg／d 治疗，治疗组在此基础上应用重复经颅磁刺激治疗，疗程4周。在治疗前和治疗后1、2、4周末采用 HAMD 量表评定抑郁症状，采用 TESS 量表评定副反应。结果：共完成75例，研究组38例，对照组37例。两组 HAMD 评分在治疗2周及4周末与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．01），而治疗组 HAMD 评分在治疗1周末与治疗前比较差异即有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。两组均未观察到明显的副反应。结论：重复经颅磁刺激联合艾司西酞普兰治疗产后抑郁症疗效肯定，起效迅速，且不增加不良反应。
Abstract
Objective:to investigate the ef icacy and safety of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS)combined with Escitalopram for postpartum depression.Methods:78 cases of hospitalized patients with postpartum depression were randomly divided into treatment group (39 cases)and control group (39 cases).Two groups were given escitalopram 10 to 20 mg/d for treatment,on the same time,the treatment group applied repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment,course of 4 weeks.Before and after treatment 1,2,4 weekend,HAMD rat-ing scale were used to evaluate depression symptoms,TESS rating scale were used to evaluate side ef ects.Results:75 cases were completed the treatment,the treatment group 38 cases,the con-trol group 37 cases.There were sianificantly dif erent in HAMD scores between the treatment of the 2,4 weeked and before treatment in both two groups (P <0.01),and treatment group show sianificantly dif erent in HAMD scores between the treatment of the 1 weekend and before treatment (P <0.05).The significant side ef ects were not observed in the two groups.Conclusion:Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with Escitalopram has more quickly and significant ef ect,and do not increase adverse reactions in the treatment of postpartum depression.
