摘要
目的：探讨艾灸治疗肛肠科术后尿潴留的临床效果。方法：将118例接受肛肠手术后并发尿潴留患者按照治疗方法不同随机分成两组，每组59例，对照组行常规治疗，观察组行温和艾灸治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（88．1％vs55．9％），p ＜0．05，有统计学意义；观察组首次排尿时间、平均排尿时间均小于对照组，p ＜0．05，有统计学意义。结论：艾灸治疗肛肠科术后尿潴留效果显著，值得临床推广。
Abstract
objective:to study the clinical ef ect of moxibustion treatment of anorectal postoperative urinary retention.Methods:118 cases of urinary retention after anorectal surgery pa-tients randomly divided into two groups according to various treatments,59 cases in each group,control group routine treatment,observation group mild moxibustion therapy,observe two groups of treatment ef ect.Results:treatment group total ef ectiveness is significantly higher than control group (88.1% vs55.9 %),p <0.05,there is statistical significance;First urination,aver-age urine time observation group were less than the control group,p <0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:moxibustion treatment of anorectal postoperative urinary retention ef ect is significant,worthy of clinical promotion.
