摘要
目的：探讨无创机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺病合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法：选择我院收治的 COPD 合并呼吸衰竭的患者70例，随机分为对照组35例采用常规药物对症治疗，治疗组35例在对照组基础上进行无创机械通气治疗。结果：治疗24h 后，患者心率减慢，动脉血氧分压显著升高，动脉血二氧化碳分压显著降低。结论：无创机械通气辅助患者呼吸，可有效缓解组织缺氧状态，临床效果显著，值得推广。
Abstract
Objective:Explore the noninvasive mechanical ventilation treatment the clinical curative ef ect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (copd)with respiratory failure.Meth-ods:Total 70 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicatedwith type respiratory failure were selected,Symptomatic treatment were randomly divided into control group 35 cases with conventional antipsychotic drugs,Treatment group 35 cases in the control group based on noninvasive mechanical ventilation treatment.Results:24 h after treatment,a significant rise in pa-tients with slow heart rate,arterial blood oxygen partial pressure,arterial blood co2 partial pressure decreased significantly.Conclusion:Noninvasive mechanical ventilation patients with auxiliary breath,can ef ectively al eviate hypoxia condition,clinical ef ect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
