摘要
目的：探讨康复新液局部应用治疗牙周脓肿的临床效果。方法选择2010年8月至2014年12月门诊单发的牙周脓肿患者80例，随机分为两组，每组40例。实验组采用3％双氧水和0．9％生理盐水交替冲洗牙周袋，局部应用康复新液治疗，对照组采用3％双氧水和0．9％生理盐水交替冲洗牙周袋，局部应用碘甘油治疗。结果实验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组（P ＜0．05），差异具有统计学意义。结论康复新液治疗牙周脓肿临床疗效优于碘甘油，是治疗牙周脓肿的有效药物。
Abstract
objective to explore the new rehabilitation clinical ef ect of liquid topical y in the treatment of periodontal abscess.Methods between August 2010 and December 2014 outpa-tient single -shot 80 cases with periodontal abscess,randomly divided into two groups.Experimental group with 3% hydrogen peroxide and 0.9% saline flushing periodontal pocket alternately, local liquid applied new rehabilitation treatment,control group with 3% hydrogen peroxide and 0.9% saline flushing periodontal pocket alternately.Results the experimental group treatment ef i-ciency is significantly higher than control group (P <0.05).Conclusion rehabilitation new liquid in the treatment of periodontal abscess clinical curative ef ect is bet er than that of iodine glycer-in,is an ef ective drug for the treatment of periodontal abscess.
