摘要
目的：探讨替吉奥作为晚期老年胃癌患者一线化疗的疗效和安全性。方法：收集我科2010．2－2014．10接受替吉奥单药化疗的晚期老年胃癌患者共计62例。替吉奥单药用法为每次40mg，每天2次，连续14天，21天一个周期，连用2周期后评价疗效。结果：替吉奥单药的疾病控制率为62．9％，有效率为17．7％，主要不良反应为中性粒细胞下降，神经毒性，手足综合症，恶心，呕吐，腹泻，经对症治疗后均可好转，无治疗相关性死亡。结论：替吉奥单药治疗晚期老年胃癌效果较好，耐受性良好。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the ef icacy and safety of S1 as first -line treatment in elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer Methods:Sixty -two elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer were col ected from Feb 2010 to Oct 2014.Al patients received S1 chemotherapy,S1 40mg was given oral y,twice daily on days 1 to 14 fol owed by one week rest period,the cycle was repeated every three weeks.Assessment of the response was made after two cycles. Results:The disease control rate was 62.9% and the overal objective response rate was 17.7% in the S1 group.The major adverse ef ect in the S1 group included leucocytopenia,neurop-athy,hand and foot syndrome,nause,vomiting and diarrhea. Conclusions:S1 of ers an ef ective,safe and wel -tolerated regimen for e elderly patients with gastric cancer.
