摘要
目的：研究急诊患者在给予流程化护理措施后的抢救效果。方法：选取我院2013年4月～2014年6月的200例急诊患者作为研究对象，将其随机平均分成两组，每组各100人。对照组患者给予常规的急诊护理措施，观察组患者给予流程化护理措施。比较两组的抢救成功率、抢救时间以及急诊患者对护理措施满意的程度。结果：进行护理后，观察组患者抢救时间（50．1±5．1）min 与对照组患者抢救时间（59．8±8．1）min 相比明显较高，差别有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。观察组患者抢救成功率（99．00％）与对照组患者抢救成功率（74．00％）相比明显较高，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；观察组患者的满意度为96．00％，与对照组患者的满意程度（60．00％）相比明显较高，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：流程化护理措施对急诊患者的抢救效果较好，抢救时间短，抢救成功率较高，可以在临床上推广运用。
Abstract
Objective:To study the rescue ef ect of process of nursing measures on the emergency patients.Methods:in our hospital from April 2013 to June 2014,200 cases of emer-gency patients as the research object,which are randomly divided into two groups,100 cases of patients in each group.Patient in the control group were given the emergency routine nursing measures,and the patients in the observation group were given the process of care measures.The rescue ef ect of the two groups were compared,and the success rate of rescue time and degree of satisfaction of nursing measures were compared.Results:after nursing,the observation group patients rescue time (50.1 +5.1)min was significantly higher than the control group (59.8 +8.1)min,and the dif erence was significant (P <0.05).In the observation group rescue success rate (99%)was higher than the control group (74%),and the dif erence was statistical y significant (P <0.05);In the observation group satisfaction degree of patients (96%)was obviously higher than the control group (60%),and the dif erence is statistical y significant (P <0.05).Conclu-sion:the process of nursing measures for patients has good emergency rescue ef ect,shorten save time,higher the rescue success rate,can be applied in clinic.
