摘要
目的：探讨鼻内镜辅助下咽鼓管球囊扩张治疗慢性难治性分泌性中耳炎的手术护理配合。方法：对7例（14耳）慢性难治性分泌性中耳炎患者采用鼻内镜辅助咽鼓管球囊扩张术，做好术前准备，注意生命体征观察及仪器观察。积极配合手术完成。结论：全面的术前准备、熟练的器械仪器使用和高度默契的手术配合是确保手术顺利完成的关键。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the operative nursing and cooperation of nasal endoscopic -assisted Eustachian tube bal oon angioplasty in the treatment of chronic refractory secretory otitis media.Methods 7 cases(14 ears)with chronic refractory secretory.To do preoperative preparation,observe vital signs and instrument,and actively cooperate with the operation completed. Conclusion Comprehensive preoperative preparation,skil ed use of the instrument and tacit cooperation are the key to ensure the successful completion of the operation.
